Hi everyone, it's great to be here. My name is Trisha, I'm 31. I started a low carb diet in Jan. and took 3 months of phentermine starting in April. To date I have lost 58lbs. My starting weight was 203- stretch 14's. I gained a lot of weight after my 3rd son was and I became a stay at home mom. My father also passed away 2 weeks after my youngest was born and it really made me depressed.
I now weigh between 141-145 and size 6 and 8 but would like to get down to at least 130.
Once my phentermine ran out though the cravings came back and I found myself stealing popcorn and chips from the kids. I got so freaked out that I started the phentermine again a few days ago...how can I control those cravings so I don't have to be on the phentermine forever? I think my body was really craving some carbs though because I've only have 30 or less a day for the past 9 months...little to NO cheating at all in that time frame.
