I don't know that I belong posting on this thread yet, but by golly, I'm pleased! 5 days into a lifestyle change and 3 days into phen and I'm already down 10 pounds!!! Maybe it's water weight.. infact, I'm sure a lot of it is, but it's loss no matter how you put it and I'm one who's never been able to lose before. I can't wait until the 29th which will be my official 1 week on phen. It's simply amazing. I've done so much in the past to lose and always gained. NOT anymore!!!  YAY!
