Hi all
I have been on here now since Dec.04 and thought it was about time I showed my face.
There has been many so many women on here that has inspired me Texas Mom, Nursie, Mikki, to name a few. So many. Me and Texas Mom are pretty close at are starting weight You have surpassed me girl. Im so proud of you. I have been off the wagon now for a few months.Dr. took me off. I have gained back some. But comeing here has helped. So I just wanted to say thanks to all you wonderful Ladies. And hope my pictures help some of the newbies. Now that I finally figuered out how to put them on my sig. LOL

Really I am amazed as well. I worked my butt off going to the gym and walking 3-4 miles everyday. I did count calories to.

WOW! This is one of the most impressive before & after pics I've seen. You look fantastic...you really do. You deserve many pats on the back. And I'm so glad you posted these pictures because you accomplished what you set out to do. Its very inspiring. I showed my husband & he said the same thing I did: "WOW!" I am very impressed and very focused. Thank you! I tried figuring out how to post a picture but I can't figure it out either. I'll give it another shot!
What are the dates of each of these pictures?

I am sitting here with my Mouth wide open!!!! I can't believe this is the same person...
This is so encouraging to me....I am new to the boards as well to Phen, I started taking it 10/13..I have already lost 14 pounds...I can't exercise much yet, because of problems with my knee, but I watch what I eat and I follow a 1200 calorie diet, any other suggestions for a newbie

I am so inspired by you.
