I haven't posted or commented on the site in a while, but I am still alive!! I'm getting back into the whole school thing, I have classes EVERY freaking DAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Well last Tuesday, which was August 23rd. I had my 1 month check up at my doctor, my total loss for the month was 13.5 lbs. My trainer hasn't measured me yet so I have no idea how many inches, but im sure it's a lot. My friends and family all say they can tell that my (rear) is gettin smaller along with my stomach. (I bought a pair of jeans a month ago and they wouldn't even fit, I put them on last week, by the end of the day @ school, they where saggin down my hips)**YAY** PLUS my calf muscles are actually muscle and not flab!!!! They look so dang nice!!!!!!!! I was kinda disappointed about only loosing 13.5 lbs for the month, but my trainer & doctor assured me that I have built muscle and to keep it up. Hope everybody is doing well on the phen!!!!!!
