Hi everyone,
I got my phen delivered last night and took my first dose this morning! Let me hear some of your first encounters . I am praying this works, I have been trying to lose 40lbs forever it feels like.

Good luck. I started last week and I am down 9 lbs.. It is amazing. I dont have the cravings I had just a week ago. I hope I can lose 40 lbs too. Hope all goes well! Karyta

You should post this in the "My Experience with Phen" section. There is alot more traffic there.

As for my first encounter: lots of energy, NO appetite, insomnia, lost 7.5 lbs in one week.

Hello been back on phen again for 1 week today. Have lost 5lbs the first week. Hope to lose another 20 or so more. I lost 20 0n weight watchers and was stuck so i went back to phen. Good Luck.

HI Bimmy,

I have been on phen for 3 days, day one felt kind of shakey,was a little hungry or so I thought couldnt eat nearly what I used to. First night sleep was kind of tough. I felt like I couldnt get into a deep sleep. Day 2 better had alot of energy and had horrible dry mouth, ( makes you drink lots and lots of water) , this morning day 3 already down 3 pounds but last nights sleep was still not so hot.. IF ANYONE IS HAVING PROBLEMS SLEEPING MY DOCTOR TOLD ME IT IS OK TO TAKE AN OVER THE COUNTER SLEEP AID. OR YOU CAN HAVE YOUR DOCTOR WRITE A SCRIPT FOR AMBIEN, OR LUNESTA TO HELP WITH SLEEPING

DOWN 8 PDS MY FIRST WEEK DONT WEIGH IN AGAIN TILL MONDAY!! THATS A SCARY THOUGHT CONSIDERING I HAVE 2 COOKOUTS THIS WEEKEND

. I HOPE THERES LOTS OF SALAD. LOL

THE ONLY DOWN SIDE IS SLEEPING AND DRY MOUTH BUT THEY BOTH HAVE GOOD IN THE END, THE SLEEPLESSNESS ONLY LASTED A FEW DAYS AND THE DRYMOUTH MAKES YOU DRINK TONS AND TONS OF WATER
