I bought this Bikini for Summer'05.I still have 6.5 pounds more to lose but it should fit even better by summertime...

STARTED 30 mg. PHENTERMINE ON DEC.9TH,2004
Drinks lots of water!Don't eat after 7:30pm.
I drink a slimfast for breakfast.
Lunch:I cook & eat beans(a serving size which is a 1/4 cup dry) with 3 pieces of Jiffy cornbread in it which when I mix cornbread to cook I don't put in the egg yoke just the egg white and I make the milk diluted with water.I sometimes measure out and eat Minestrone soup or Bean and Bacon Soup to eat.Save the rest of the can for the next day.
If I am eating out I order a cashew chicken salad or the salad bar(one trip).Or eat only one slice of pizza.Drink tea or water.Or eat a Veggie quesadilla with rice and beans but don't eat all the beans and rice.No chips from restaurants very fatty.No FRIES!
Supper: I eat a Special K bar sometimes I eat another one after I workout or I snack on baby carrots.
If I am cravings something sweet I eat Carb Watch Rocky Road Ice Cream from Braums I measure out a serving amount not pressing it down in the measureing cuo so I get more thats cheating.
*My best advice is to read the back of everything and measure out what the serving amount says and eat only that.*
If you are tempted when you eat have to go out to eat with friends or family, eat before you go that way when you are sitting there watching everyone else eat you won't be tempted and if they ask if you are not hungry or you think it feels rude not to eat with them simply say sorry I already ate at home and tell them you ate something healthy and they will feel like they are not eating healthy and not say another word about it to you.

STARTED 1 1/2 HOUR WORK OUT(1 MILE ON NORDIC TRACK, FREE WEIGHTS,AB WHEEL,VERTICAL PUSH UPS, AND 1 DANCE ROUTINE(cha cha slide part 2) ON DEC.20TH 2004.

ON JAN.9TH,2005 WEIGHED IN AT 132.0.
ON FEB.9TH,2005 WEIGHED IN AT 123.5.
CURRENTLY WEIGHING IN AT 122.0.

I TOOK MY WORKOUT DOWN TO DOING MY AB WHEEL 3 TIMES A DAY EVERYDAY(40 TIMES FOR EACH SET.DOING MY NORDIC TRACK & FREE WEIGHTS 3 TIMES A WEEK.

CURRENT WEIGHT: 122.0
GOAL WEIGHT: 118.0

Total I took 2 months supply of 30mg. Phentermine.Stopped Phentermine on Feb 15,2005.
My last 10 pills I took every other day so it would be easier to come off of.Those last 10 pills I had headaches everyday I guess because I wasn't taking it everyday.
I started Hydroxy-cut today so we will see how it works.I am taking 1 pill 30-60 minutes before each meal(3 times a day).
I have 4 pounds to lose til I reach my pre-pregnancy weight of 118.0 but I really didn't workout much before my pregnancy so I have alot of muscle now so technically I am already thinner than I was before it is just that muscle weighs more.
You can do it!
Just fight those people that say do you want to go out to eat say no you can go get fat if you want but I am not!That is what I had to tell my husband he then started asking if I wanted to eat before we go out or we just ate at home.
But I would go out to eat if we went where I could get something healthy.
Beans are the best diet food.Read the fat on a bag of dry beans it is nothing!You could even make them with ham hock if you want more flavor.I put black pepper & Cayenne Pepper in mine the cornbread really helps add flavor to and feels you up more.

You look amazing! I was reading your stats and they're nearly the same as mine- I started Phen at the end of November '04 weighing 148 lbs. My goal weight is also 118, I'm at 128.5 right now. How tall are you? You're definitley an inspiration- I'm going to workout right now so maybe by summer I'll be able to wear a bikini, too!!!

I have been off of Phentermine since Feb.15th 2005. I am currently on Hydroxycut.I am currently weighing in at 125.0.I have alot of muscle bulk built up now. I have guns(buff upper arms) as people call it.Ha!Ha!I am still working out but only just 3 days a week mainly targeting my tummy and arms.
It is a struggle everyday not to eat everything in sight since I am not on the Phentermine anymore!

Holy Crap-you look great and your still going-your making Brittney Spears look like chop liver!!! I for one would not be able to wear a bikini like that-I have a scar from when my second son was born c-section, all though I would LOVE to I'm 5'10 and big bone-I started the Phentermine on March 28 weighing in at 228 and now I am 218, I walk 3-4 miles a day plus what ever I walk with my boys. So I hope to wear a two peice but NEXT summer-I envy you having the courage to wear such a cute bikini-CONGRATS!!!! Do you have kids?

You are doing great hang in there!It took me being on Phentermine for 3 months to lose a little over 20 pounds.You can do it!Eat beans with Bananapeppers with one slice of Jiffy cornbread made without the egg yoke and with the milk diluted!That is all I ate and I had a slimfast for breakfast! Cutie Pie!! I have a 11 year old daughter,2 year old boy and a 6 month old boy. My 2 year old was born c-section... I heard my tummy won't ever go flat because of it-oh well he's worth every scar!!!! Looking good
