Lost My Pregnancy Weight!! Photos!

I gained a whopping 50 pounds during pregnancy. I lost about half of it immediately afterwards and the other half, I've lost since November '04.
I was very happy to reach this goal just three weeks shy of my daughter's first birthday!

I still have about 20-25 more to go!

I cant believe how different your face looks!! Awesome job!! I have lost 20 so far and have been at a plateau I'm going to try to catch up with you tho....

Well done!! One year is great... it's taken me nearly 11 years to lose my 'baby-weight' lol!

Wow you know my mouth is wide open!!I'am currently pregant the baby is due the end of April.Before I got pregant(oops) I was working so hard to lose weight.I had gotton down to a size 10 pettie in jeans.Keep posting so I won't get to depressed while gaining weight because I see the weight will come off .

Monifa, I made the mistake of packing on fifty pounds during pregnancy.. most of it in the last two months. Half of it came off immediately aftewards, but the last 25 were a big struggle! I keep telling myself things will be different next time around! I, too, had worked very hard pre-pregnancy to get to and maintain a size 8/10 and I still have a ways to go to get back to the 10s, but I've worked too long and hard this time around!!

ME too! I gained over 50 pounds when I was pregnant (but I have to admit, it was fun eating whatever I wanted at the time). And yes, the last 20 pounds are difficult to get off, but with diet and exercise it is possible. Atlantagal, you look absolutely amazing, congratulations!!!

This is so inspiring, I gained a whopping 75lbs with my pregnancy. Of course I lost 25lbs immediately when I had her and since Sept when she was born I have lost another 25lbs, but I still have that last 25 to go. It is so hard, but it makes me feel good that it is possible. Thanks for the inspiration.

Wow. I'm totally motivated. YOu look absolutely stunning. I gained 60 pounds - what the heck was I eating???!!! I struggled before pregnancy to maintain a 8/10. I was pretty happy with that size/weight.
Breastfeeding DID NOT help me lose any weight. I was starving the whole time. I nursed for a year and now after 6 more months of hardly loosing I'm back on Phentermine. I had a week supply left and am almost done, I need to order some more.
Anyway, You look beautiful. Congratulations!!
Wish me luck! I hope to post pictures of a skinny me in a few months.

You look GREAT!! I am still struggling with my baby weight...he's 12!! LOL

I am heavier now than when I was 9 months pregnant...but that is all going to change!!

So far I am down 20...I have been averaging 2 lbs a week...and I am very happy with that so far.

You are defineatly an inspiration!!

Thanks everyone! You're all so sweet! I'm still going strong!

I need to update my photo again. I've been on a plateau for the past 3-4 weeks and have only lost a little over a pound during that time, but the point is... don't quit! You just keep going!

I totally understand, I gained 53 lbs during pregnancy and maintained it through 2 yrs of breastfeeding. I have 18 lbs to lose before my 1st goal is met. The picture of me is from 2 1/2 years ago when I was 2 months pregnant with my son.

I'm sitting here reading your posts shaking my head franticly saying "me too!!!" My son is now a week shy of 4 months. I was 166 when I got pregnant, I topped off at 208 and couldn't wait to get that phentermine in me. I was skeptical because nothing has EVER worked for me in the past. My jaw hit the floor when I would step on the scale every couple days and see SEVERAL pounds lost!! I am currently 151 and frantically looking for more phentermine online. My doc won't give me anymore. I have been out for a week and I am DRAGGING....anyone else going through this??

wow you look great..like a whole new person! i have a quick question though..i have 3 kids..and I'm finally losing all the weight I went from 200 to 153 in a year but i want to get down to my pre-pregnancy of 125. so i started with the phetermine 37.5 mg a 1200 cal/20g Fat /2000 mg Sodium diet with excercise atleast 4 times a week. My skin Stretched alot through pregnancy and I was wondering if it was possible that the skin will go back to normal? or if i am going to have to get a tummy tuck as well? keep up the good work!

Wow! You look fantastic! I'm trying to lose baby weight as well, along with 15 pounds I packed on in the 8 months it took to concieve( why watch your weight when you are just going to get fat right

, that was my 1st mistake!!. Lucas turns one next Friday so I started Phen two days ago( prescribed 37.5) and am looking forward to wearing my old clothes again.

You are my inspiration...your gorgeous! Congrats!

You look SO INCREDIBLE!!!! Way to go! It must be so exciting to look and feel so good! I remember how good I felt the first time I lost weight (before I got really sick and was in bed for about 3 years before major surgery this Jan.), and it was like heaven. My back felt great, my body didn't feel dragged down, and I wasn't sluggish or fatigued all the time. I hope you're feeling extremely good about your accomplishment! Congrats!

you are my inspiration,
I'm here in Atlanta as well,
I'm currently 7mths preggo, and 189lbs currently(ugggg)
I can't wait to get started on my weight lose.
So tell me atlanta gal,what was the first things you did after giving birth,breastfeed,walk,water,etc....
I need a pre-plan,to get in the groove of losing this weight.

I have 67 days to go,before I give birth to Chloe Nicole,and I want to be able to run around with her and the son as soon as possible...
