These are new pics of me taken after 14 weeks.

What I did was:

1. TRUST GOD
2. THE FIRM exercise program 3-4 times a week
3. Drank enough water to fill a swimming pool
4. Eat SMALL PORTIONS of food
5. 30 mg blue/white
6. Went to bed hungry

Sorry about the last post - it was my first attempt to post a reply and messed it up.
Wow - what a great job!! Lots of willpower too! I just started phen on Tues. and joined Curves Tues. night. I hope I have great success like you did. I am determined to lose the weight this time - I am 5'2" - weigh 173 - goal is 150 to start. If I get to that goal then I will make a new one!!! Small steps first and then the final outcome will be a great be huge step "SUCCESS". You stated God helped you - I am looking to him this time around too.
Thank you for the post - it has gave me inspiration and a huge boost to let me know I can loose this unwanted weight!!!!

Everytime I look at my before & after pics and then I look at yours it is almost weird to see that we both lost weight in the same places: my fat on back seemed to just melt and now my lower stomach and hips are really my only touble spots Don't you just love the FIRM? Tammy

Yes I love the firm! I am now starting to see a real difference in my stomach and hips! Those tapes are tough but the pay off is amazing!

Each week I can tell a big difference. I am thankful mostly for the back fat to be gone.

Still not ready for summer YET!! No bathing suits for me. And I am looking forward to seeing some other before.after pics. I still look for them on here for motivation.

JamiJeff when I took my before and after pics I was amazed at how all the back fat disappeared as well to this day I look at my pics and wish gosh if only my fron side looked as smooth and toned as my backside (lol) It has to be the firm to be getting results so similar Tammy

Jamijeff I am so encouraged with youre before and after pictures Youre before picture looks just like it could be me. I didnt think anyone could transform themselves so much in that amount of time I just ordered the firm tapes and i cant wait to start. I use to be 202 pounds and I am now 190 or at least the last time I checked I was. i have been using my 4 mile walking tape since the begining of january i hope by my Birthday In April I can be down about 30 pounds and looking as fabulous as you do. THANKS AGAIN for posting your picture it was real encouraging.

Are you sure you didn't use a model for the 'after' picture(s), especially of your backside. WOW!!!!!! That was sincerely amazing. Thanks so much. I know I should take some shots of me in a bikini before/after but I'm too chicken to. Thanks again.

I just have to say - The FIRM rocks!

I lost 2 inches in my upper arms the first 2 weeks.

I've lost 4 inches from my chest and have the same cup size... so it must be the back fat I'm losing.

Won't stop using the FIRM... till I can't move anymore!
