Lost Weight: 0 just started-- first week
Current Weight: 153
Goal Weight: 120
Hi all of you. This is my second week and I llost 2lbs! SO total I have lost 6lbs. Why am I not loosing more lbs? Is it cause I haven't workedout yet this week?? How can I loose more weight weekly? I feel as if I have nt lost any weight at all. Why is that? Please let me know. I will be waiting.

Don't be too discouraged dphat. I am also on my second week, but have only lost a total of 4 pounds. Everyone has different results. Slowly but surely, those pounds are coming off.
211 (10-11-03)
208 (10-18-03)
204 (10-25-03)
200 (11-1-03)
197 (11-8-03)
196 (11-15-03)
194 (11-29-03) 17 total!!!

working out will only increase your results! 6 lbs. in 2 weeks without working out is good!

Don't forget that the average weight loss is only 1lb per week without Phen.
