I'm happy to report that I lost 9lbs in 7 days, this is my first week on phen. It seem pretty easy, I also tried to drink more water and I did go walking about 3-4 times this past week.

A few people have pm'ed me about what I did/or ate. I limit my carbs to about 20-30 grams a day, drink plenty of water, I don't eat after 7pm, I walk 3-4 times a week. The week before I took phen I lost 7 lbs doing the same thing. The phen took the edge off my hunger which I guess contributed to the extra 2 lbs. Hope this help you guys...I'm thinking that this is too much weight to lose in 2weeks but I'm not complaining.

I am jealous. I used to do the low carb thing, and it was to hard for me. Now I eat low-low fat and like it much better, but I have not lost nearly as much as star. Is the low carb diet the way to go? Does any one have any advice for me?

Congrats on the weight loss!!! That is terrific.

Just for everyone reading this, I suspect the author started out at a pretty high weight. If you are smaller there is not way that you can lose that much that fast. The smaller you are the slower you lose.

I weight 155 and I exercise every day. I eat 600 calories a day and I loose about 2 to 3 pounds a week. When I weighted 250 and worked out less and ate 600 calories a day, I lost between 4 to 7 pounds a week.

That is not to say a 9 pound weight loss is nothing because it's amazing.

That is really great!!! Phen has really helped me control my cravings, so I am able to change my diet for the better. I never realized how bad and how much I actually ate. I now can say no to all that bad food. Good luck!!!

I am eating 1500 calories a day I weighed 165 before using phen I lost 8 lbs the first week I am on my second week and it looks good. But 600 calories a day is wayyyyy toooo low. Your body needs energy you need to eat at least 1200 calories a day. Your body will do the same thing if you eat to less as if you eat too much your metabolism will slooow down and hord the fat. You loose muscle when you eat this way and not the fat and that is the oppostite of what you want to do, because the more muscle you have the more fat you burn even when you sleep. You need to eat to loose weight. The Phen is great, because if you are anything like me I can have seconds at the table, and when I am on a diet I seem hungry all the time the Phen takes the hunger pains away, and I haven't been craving Dr. Pepper or Mc Donalds. I basicly cut out all soda and watching my calorie intake (I eat at least 1500 calories a day). I am doing the slim-fast thing I have a shake for breakfast and lunch and they have these really good slim fast meal bars (chocalate chip cookie dough is my favorite) I will have a slim fast bar for snack between breakfast and lunch and another one between lunch and dinner (this here is about 880 calories) and then I have a dinner that is no more than 500-600 calories. I like frozen dinners because it takes the guess work out for me with portions and if anyone has ever had a banquet frozen dinner the portions are small, and when I give myself a portion it is triple that. I never could stick with the slimfast diet before because I was always hungry and now I can do it with the help of Phen. Also when you eat 5-6 small meals a day this also speeds up your metabolism. I drink 6 liters of water a day too. This is just how I do it, but if you want to have weight loss you need to fuel your body. You need to eat more! Tammy
