I too am so pleased with my results so far. I have been taking Phen for three weeks tomorrow (I actually didn't take it for 3 days the 2nd week because I was ill) and I have lost 10 lbs. I can't believe how wonderful I feel. I am so very thankful that I made the decision to start taking Phen.

This is the first time in years that I eat when I am actually HUNGRY...not when I am bored, angry, sad, happy, etc...
I agree with you on the timing of your dose. If I take mine after 10:30a.m. I am up all night

and if I take it before 7:00a.m. I am ravenous by dinner time.

I have found that 9:00a.m. is the "magic" time for me.
I just wanted to tell you great job on the 4 lb. loss...Keep up the great work!!!

GOALS FOR SEPTEMBER CHALLENGE:
1. Lose between 15 - 20 lbs.
2. Cardio 4x a week.
3. Weight train 3x a week.
4. Ab workout 2x a week.
5. Drink at least 64oz. H2O daily.
6. Keep calories at 1200 a day.
