Well as much as I didn't want to weigh in till this Wednesday (to make it a whole week). I jumped on the scale today at the gym, and to my suprise I was down to from 278 to 274!!! That's 4 pounds in four days, including THANKSGIVING! I know it is a small amount but it is a beginning! I love this stuff! I have learned the key to Phen, is the timing of your dose. If you take it too early, you are ready to eat a horse by 7pm! If you take it too late, you are up all night cleaning! You have to find your own ideal time!

Great Job Joe!!!!

I too am so pleased with my results so far. I have been taking Phen for three weeks tomorrow (I actually didn't take it for 3 days the 2nd week because I was ill) and I have lost 10 lbs. I can't believe how wonderful I feel. I am so very thankful that I made the decision to start taking Phen. This is the first time in years that I eat when I am actually HUNGRY...not when I am bored, angry, sad, happy, etc...

I agree with you on the timing of your dose. If I take mine after 10:30a.m. I am up all night and if I take it before 7:00a.m. I am ravenous by dinner time. I have found that 9:00a.m. is the "magic" time for me.

I just wanted to tell you great job on the 4 lb. loss...Keep up the great work!!!

w w that's great, (I haven't lost an ounce ). Whatever you're doing keep it up and enjoy your lighter body. Some experts say that for each pound lost there are 10 pounds of relieved pressure on the joints. Good for you!
