I started taking phen Jan. 2002. I have lost almost 60 lbs. My goal is another 20lbs. I'm starting to think that losing the weight is the easiest part and keeping it off will be the hardest. Should I start cutting back now, take phen every other day, to see how it goes, or make my goal weight and then cut back? Someone told me that phen works great the first time you take it, and if you take a break and then start again, it doesn't work as well. Anyone experience that?
I've done really well with changing my eating habits and I'm walking 2 1/2 miles a day. I want to start biking and I lift weights. I'm hoping that by sticking to my routine, when I stop taking phen the weight will stay off. I'm a little scared about stopping, but I don't want to be on it for the rest of my life. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
