Hi everyone, Joie hear. I have taken Phen (37.5 blue specks) for 3 weeks and my appetite has drastically dropped. I know that's what Phen is supposed to do, but I have a cloud of nausea hanging over me all the time and I just have to make myself eat (very small meals).Nothing looks good or sounds good to me anymore. My stomach can't hold that much anymore. I know that I am losing because my clothes are getting loose and I love it, but I just don't want to not nurish my body enough and catch every germ coming and going. Has anyone else experienced this feeling?
If so, what are some tips?

I noticed the first days I didnt eat anything and I had the naseau and "cloud" feeling. When you dont eat I found that you feel these symptoms.I started drinking slimfast as it has a bunch of good stuff in it.You can get it down quick. My daily menu is Breakfast: slimfast, fruit yogurt.....lunch: Slimfast, fruit, can of tuna no or very little light mayo...Dinner:Either salad or just a small portion of what I cook for diner.I've lost 15 lbs in 8 days.I also started a weight lifting program 3 times a week for about a half hour at a time. You have to eat on the phen.
