But I have stuck to eating right and working out..after only 3 days of the 30 day shred dvd I can see and feel a difference especially in mid section(where i need the most help lol) Before and after pic is in my signature....

Well 3 days after the video but not only 3 days on phen..I have been on phen since 8/2/10...losing pounds pretty slow...4 pounds in 3 weeks...does not seem right..i think i need to go back up to 37.5mg
