In the last few days I found out that 22 employees from my company are amoung the missing. They did not tell us until they made sure.

One of the suits was about to enter the building as the plane crashed into it, he saw paper falling and an invoice from our company landed at his feet. He said he knew then it had hit the office. There were others hurt but we dont have that total yet. This morning at work we held a moment of silence for them. We have candles burning, even if it is against company policy. We are going to keep them burning until they find everyone.

Basically Im feeling worse than ever. Im trying to eat right but just feel like comfort food. Ill get my butt back in gear ASAP.

I am so very sorry, please accept my deapest sympathies for your friends. Let's keep hoping for now, may god be with them and if they are still out there help the rescuers find them. God bless you and your friends, I will be praying and thinking of you. Please take care of yourself.

Nitra, I am so very sorry for your co-workers. Words are not enough at a time like this. Just know we all are praying for every one because of what these animals have done to our families, friends and our GREAT NATION. You need to take care of yourself, and no one is going to find fault with you if you don't stick with your diet. This should be the last of your worries. Have the candy, pop, french fries and whatever else it takes to make you feel good. My prayers are with you. Take Care, Love, Donna

(((((((Nitra))))))) Sweetie, what you need is hugs and chocolate and maybe a little time off to go somewhere quiet and spend some time in prayer and reflection. There's nothing I can say to you that you haven't already heard over and over. This was wrong and a lot of us have been deeply touched. You and I and a whole lot of other people are going to remember this for the rest of our lives.

Go grab one of your kitties, a glass of wine and some good chocolate, light a few candles, turn out the lights and curl up on the couch under a comfy blanket and let it out...

You've been such an inspiration to so many of us and you're doing so well w/your weight loss but there is no reason you have to be strong 24 and 7. Let yourself grieve, then get back on track...you have to do both and you can. I believe in you!!! xxxooo - judi

Nitra, although it is small comfort, know that the country cries with you. We're having a candlelight vigil tonight in our local park and I will say a prayer for your friends.
