With all that's going on, I don't think I need to take my Phen anymore....this is all stressing me out enough, I think I'll lose enough weight just worrying!!!!!!!!

I wish I could say the same. I'm a major emotional eatter, and I have wanted to binge for days now. Phen is not helping me this week.

LOL...WHAT'S PHEN? I fell completely off the wagon on Wednesday and stopped taking my meds ....I felt what's the use. Being premenstrual on top of experiencing the worst 4 days of my life and mind you I haven't had an easy life..far from it..... this sort of horror is life changing to me atleast. I decided to go back on Meds today continue to eat right and be in the right frame of mind to take care of myself and those I love. My heart goes out to everyone here whether you have family members involved or not ..we have all experienced evil at it's core.
