you should read the left behind series, it talks about all the signs of the armeggedon.

I don't know about the email, I got it too. I find it hard to decipher that into what happened yesterday. Maybe I am wrong but it seems like that was kind of hard to read into that. They are talking about war on the radio now though. That is something to think about. They are discussing how the langauge has changed and how all the officials for the United States are throwing the word War out there.

Of COURSE they can read, and of COURSE they would want to spook people, but they were just so DUMB they forgot to remember WE WOULD KNOW they are trying to scare us, and we already have it figured out that they PLANNED it from that stupid prediction!! LOL

Come on friends, don't be scared about something as silly as this??

It is hard to understand why some people are using such a tragic event to spread more fear using the name of Nostradamus but unfortunately that is the case.

By the way, Nostradamus died in 1566 so anything with "Nostradamus 1654" should give you a clue.

So, for your information, the following variations are also hoaxes attributed to Nostradamus:

The one starting with "New century and 9 months",

The one starting with "9 months and eleven days" or "On eleventh day of 9th month",

The one which mentions "two steel birds",

The one which mixes 2 completely unrelated quatrains of Nostradamus "From the sky will come a great King of Terror...The sky will burn at forty-five degrees" in order to fit the event. Also, don't forget that NY is not at 45 degrees but a little south of 41 degrees.

More will be added as encountered...

Good thinking Rena, hey once again we agree. They want us to be scared, that is why they are called terrorist. But remember we will not be terrorized.

You know there are many who criticize Pres. Bush but in his speach the other night he quoted from Psalm 23 "yea though I walk through the shadow death, I fear no evil for thou art with me" He has it right. Listen to the scripture.

Nostradamus predicitions have been inturpeted many times many different ways. They are all scary, but remember he wrote his books in an ancient laungage and that they could be translated wrong. I have actually read the whole bood by Nostradamus and I have to be honest, I was not smart enough to be able to decipher what the heck he was saying. I can be wrong (of course) I think it might be the first time

I urge you all do not be scared, be proud. Mourn the loss of our friends, family and fellow Americans but do not be affraid to live. That is what they want. WE are all here for each other, let's comfort each other and help calm each others fears. Moony's post says it best

Pheeeww!! COol.. thanks guys.. =) Im glad it's a hoax.. People can be soo insensative sometimes. I should have searched before I posted, my apologies. I was startled when I saw the email so I decided to post it here and its a good thing you found that site.

I agree with Netta........Nostradamus is practically impossible to interpret. And anything that can somewhat be deciphered, usually seems to be figured out AFTER something has happened. It's kind of like reading your horoscope & one little piece of it can somehow relate but only if you twist things around in your mind & work it in yet somehow you read it & think "Wow, it's so accurate."

I don't think anything written in the past centuries could have predicted what happened the other day.

I just wanted to pop in to let you know that apparently you are not alone. I have recieved this same email three times from three different people. I think people just get hyped up, they may not mean any harm but to start just scaring people is not right either.

You shouldn't worry about having to search first we are all here for each other, to comfort and reasure each other that we will be ok.

Anyone can pick up a book, read it and do what it says and people will think oh my God it happened....it is like following the directions and that is what they did to scare the hell out of everyone........These men are not stupid or let me say that the man/men that tell them what to do are not stupid.....

Keep calm and don't let them get to you or they have won............

Forgot to mention that part of this so called prediction has happened. I work with a refugee from Bosnia and they too have two buildings like the towers that they call the Brother Buildings. Those buildings were bombed and the people jumping or hanging out the windows were shot by snippers from down below......
