Headaches?

Hey everyone! Does anyone know why exactly we get headaches from taking Phen? Is it really considerated normal?

I took Adipex about 3 years ago, and now have started taking it again. I always get headaches with it and don't know why or what brings it on. I remember last time talking to my doctor about it and she said that was not on the list of side effects. WTF!!! I cannot believe that was her response!

For me the headaches are usually caused by not drinking enough water or not eating anything. Even of you are not hungry, you should have some kind of protein - some chicken, a boiled egg, tuna. It will keep you fuller longer.

I was getting headaches until I realized I wasn't drinking all my water.
