Hi there I am on 5 HTP I got the 50mg and take 1 in the morning and 1 at night....but I think everyone is different...so I would suggest buying the 50mg and see what it does for you...

Hi I'm taking the 200mg time-released one. Meh- don't really notice a huge difference..I'm gonna try to be more consistent with it...we shall see I suppose.

UPDATE: 11/2009--stuck @ 183 pounds..but haven't been on phen or anything.
12/2010: I'm back! Went all the way up to 215 and I am now 198 pounds. Phentermine works..but as someone with ADHD, my side effect is depression and tiredness...PRAYING to find alternative! Desperate.
