day 2 with bad side effects???

Question...
Yesterday I took one whole pill in th morning.. im not sure of the dosage.. its white w blue speckels.. anyways.. by the time it was like 7pm I was throwing up and well, the other end as well.. I couldnt sleep, my blood pressure seemed to be high.. i felt my face throbbing.. I cant keep water down, let alone any food.. Is this normal when you start out? idk, if it is going to be like this for me through out.. i dont think it is worth it! I cant really stand up, i feel like I am going to pass out... everything gets all black..

I feel like poo.. seriously..

I didn't have any problems like this and I haven't read that anyone else had had these issues, but may have been the phen. I would think that maybe you got a virus or bug or something. Idk. I would give it another try, once you are feeling better.
Hope things get better for ya. I have had great results with phen!

Try taking 1/2 a tablet for 7 days. That was the advice I was given.

I've never had those problems before...I've been on it a week and from time to time, may get a little jittery (nothing bad though) for like 30 minutes, but, that's about it..

Try taking half the pill for the first week to get your body use to it, than increase to a whole pill...

Today was day one for me and I have been throwing up all afternoon. Since its only my first day, I'm not sure if I should attribute it to the phen or not. I'll give it a few days and post what happens. Hope your feeling better very soon!!

thanks! it did pass..i started taking half the pill in the am for 2 days..then the second half for lunch after that.. im on week two..a now i dont even realizei have taken it!! good luck

I just started taking this on 6/25. I am to take 1/2 pill first thing in the morning and the other half at lunch. I have had zero side effects. I don't even feel jittery, no dry mouth, and have no trouble sleeping. The only effect I am having is zero appetite! Since last Thursday I have lost 9 lbs! I'm hoping the side effects don't catch up to me.
