Hi, I'm new to the site (this is my first post).
I started taking the phen-pro combo on the 19th of July and after the first week I started having a pressure headache and soreness of my jaw. First I thought it was related to my wisdom teeth (which I need to have taken out) until I saw a couple other people had similar issues and that it was caused from clamping the jaw. I was finally able to get through to my doctor today and she said to cut the pill in half and only take half a day (I'm on the 37.5mg phen). I wanted to share that in case anyone was interested.

My other problem with the phen is that it is working so well I have to force myself to eat which is not easy for someone who wants to lose as badly as I do. I started at 230 lbs and I lost the first 25 on my own, and since I started the phen about a week and a half ago I have lost about 10 lbs, which kind of concerns me, so I am hoping that the half dose will help with that as well. I guess I'm making this post to see who else is on the phen-pro and who has had similar issues.

My problem with forcing myself to eat is that I feel sick and can't get passed the first couple bites. I found that I can try to get at least 1000 calories a day if I start it with a cappuccino/hot chocolate/carmel 24oz mix drink (loaded with cals!). Anyone else have these issues?

Started at 230, weigh-ins are Saturdays. I lost 25 on my own and now then phen is going to help me lose the rest!

Msking, try eating small bites very slowly. I eat oatmeal for b-fast every morning, it usually takes me abt 30mins to get through the whole thing. Just slow down and relax, that may also help you with the jaw! I also had that problem, actually had it before the phen but the phen kinda made it worse. I split my 37.5 up, take a half 1st thing when I wake up and the other around 10am. It helps with the nerves which helps with the clinching jaw.
