Hi:
I started on phen about 5 weeks ago and haven't taken it faithfully like I should.
I have reflux but the phen seems to make it worse.
Does it anyone have this problem? Also, my meds for the reflux doesn't seem to be effective when I'm taking it.

I get very bad gas and indigestion, esp. around the time of my period. Charcoal caps help aot, also see if you can split the dosage up...like I have 37.5mg but I break it in 1/2 and take 1 early morning, another mid-morning. Seems like the smaller doses wear better on my stomach.

I religiously take 40mg famotidine (Pepcid) once in the morning and once in the afternoon. I have a 37.5mg phen that I wash down with it. I am not sure if this info helps since I took the famotidine in this dosage prior to the phen.

So... there.
