not working/headaches - Phentermine.com

This is my first time on this site. I have been taking phen since oct.05. I have lost 40lbs!! Now it is not working and my headaches have gotten worse. I take the white pill w/the blue spects on it. I only take one pill a day. Should I stop taking them for a while?

I would say if its not working(has it been for weeks that it hasn't been working) and your headaches are bad it might be time to take a break from them. You can always go back on them later.

Talk with your Dr.Sometimes your body gets use to the dosage,he may want to up it some.As far as the headaches~ugh thats one of the horrible side effects! You also can increase you cal intake for a day or two and that sometimes jump starts your metabolism again.Good luck

Hey, my doc mentioned at my last check up that the Phen sometimes just stops working. Our body becomes used to it. He said if you slow down considerably or stop all together to stop taking the Phen for a month or two then begin again. It's just natural for our bodies to accept the change and make it normal. Stupid body!

Give the time off a try and then jump back on the wagon. As far as the headaches, that's a new one on me. I have been luck enough to not have those... yet.

Thanks for the info. I think I have solved the headache problem. I had stopped drinking cokes and having only water. I would treat myself from time to time, but then I started to treat myself everyday. I have stopped again and the headaches are gone!!! I'm really happy about that. Take Care and Good Luck
