I hope someone can offer any help or suggestions. I took phentermine for 3 months and lost about 20 lbs. I had no problems with stopping the pills, became vegetarian, joined a gym... lots of changes to keep the weight off and improve my lifestyle.

But... about 2 months after I quit the pills I started vomiting everything I eat. No doctors can find what is wrong with me and I keep coming back to those pills i took.

If the pills inhibit neurotransmitters in your brain, has anyone had a problem with seratonin levels returning to normal? Has anyone else experienced constant vomiting? I keep losing weight and am scared and weak.

Are you taking anything else? Have you added any new drugs to your system?

I'm also assuming you've had a pregnancy test?

I am not smarter than your doctors, but I would have to assume that the pills and their effects are long out of your system by two months. It would seem like if they were to blame, it would have happened more like 2-days, or 2-weeks after you stopped not 2-month. Of course, I am not a doctor, I just watch them on TV.

Maybe you just really hate vegetables. Is it a certain veggie that does it, or is it all of them? Is there anything that you can eat without throwing up? Have you tried bologna?

Good Luck!

Ask your doctor about Gastritus. When I was taking Ephedra "Mini-thins" The pills caused a small tear in the stomach lining. I was told that its the beginning of an ulcer.
