Hi - Time Sensitive ? - Help!

Hi everyone,

I have to get a root canal on Monday morning. Someone told me that you can't take Phen when you get things like that done because it thins your blood or doesn't clot well. Does anyone have experience with this? Should I not take it Sunday or Monday to be safe? Thanks in advance for any responses!

OUCH! Sorry I don't know the answer...but the Dentist should be able to tell you.

Personally I have no idea and have no experience, but I did a quick search and the Doc on this site that it is not a blood thinner: http://www.askdocweb.com/phentermine5.html

You should be alright but if they notice excessive bleeding just skip your next dose.

Thanks everyone! I couldn't get in touch with my dentist so I called the pharmacist. He said I should be okay bleeding wise but maybe should skip the dose that day due to the nerves and pain maybe raising my blood pressure or heart rate and not wanting to raise it more on top of that with the phen. Hope if someone else searches for this topic this will help!
