I have been on phentermine for 4 weeks and all of the sudden two days ago I cannot see the street signs clearly , I can't read the microwave clock, this is so annoying especially since i just got new contacts. Is this permanent? Anyone else have the same problem/?

I never heard of that with phentermine. I would just go back to your eye doctor to get checked out. Not sure if your contacts are too low or high strength. Then I would talk to my phen doc to see if phen is a concern with this issue.

I haven't noticed any problems myself,but my daughter who is own add medicine was having problems seeing things close up, I took her to the optometrist he said it is a side effect from the amphetimine in add medicine, since phentermine is an amphetimine mabye it has the same side effects

Which came first the new contacts or the phentermine? Maybe they gave you the wrong prescription on your contacts. I have not had any problems and I take eye drops for glaucoma.

I have 20/20 vision. Now my vision is blurry too. I hope it is just a side effect, it's only since I had started taking the phen.
