Hungry All The Time!! - Phentermine.com

I just starting taking the yellow 30 mg phentermine capsules about 4 days ago. I take it one hour before breakfast. I am more hungry now than I was before I started taking them. I feel like I could eat constantly. Am I doing something wrong? Does it take some time before the appetite supressent kicks in?

You might want to wait 2 hours before eating breakfast, if the capsule doesnt release the meds and the meds dont fully absorb into the stomach and you eat something, your going to have less affects. You want the pill to absorb completely before eating..I always eat 2 hours later. Also make sure your drinking a full glass of water with phen and your drinking half your weight in oz of water everyday..our bodies mistake hunger for thinrst sometimes.
