Blood Preasure

The only change I've really noticed is periodically during the day, I can feel my blood pressure rise. I never had any problem with my blood pressure, and wouldnt nessesarily call this a "problem" ... I'm on day four, and prob. once a day for the past four days I can feel heat in my face and my hands act like they want to swell and feel really warm. But that's it.

Slight headache as well...

Phen will raise your BP. I have mine checked once a week. Before phen I had high BP and was working on getting it down- now that I've lost some weight and I work out and eat healthy my BP has been great. I would check it at a drug store or somewhere, just so you can see how high it's running. Avoid all caffine, and cut way down on your sodium. Exercise, drink LOTS of water, and eat healty foods and your BP should be fine- but def. keep check on it.
