Headaches! - Phentermine.com

I started Phen yesterday, but am also on day 5 of the South Beach diet. Are these horrible headaches from the diet or the phen? Other than the headache, I have not had any other major changes, other than being able to focus on my work much better.

I have had headaches since starting but today is my 4th day and had a headache yet so maybe it takes time

I STARTED TAKING PHENTERMINE ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND EXPERIENCED SLIGHTR HEADACHES. NOW A YEAR LATER I HADVE STARED TAKING PHENTERMINE AGAIN, I NEEDED THAT EXTRA "HELP", AND NOW I AM EXPERIENCING BAD HEADACHES, I TAKE 2-MAXIMUM STRENGTH IBU'S AT HE SAME TIME I TAKE THE PHENTERMINE AND THEN 2 MORE THROUGHOUT THE DAY AND THAT SEEMS TO HELP.
I HEAR THAT DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER HELPS WITH THE HEADACHES.
GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL, I AM A NEWBIE, THIS IS MY FIRST POST.

I had some headaches but I had a cup of coffee and they went away... just be careful if you try it
too much caffeine can make you really jittery
