HELP! Any information if helpful!!

I just started taking Phen 2 1/2 wks ago.The first week I had no problems what so ever. I lost 9lbs! Towards the end of the 2nd wk (after 12lbs lost) I started to get the red face, and I mean red, swollen, like 3 times the size of what my face should be. My face also broke out in this rash like pimples. I can't pop them, they are more like a rash, and my face is sooooo terribly sore to the touch. And just recently today, I noticed they are starting on my arms. I don't understand why I didn't have this reaction when I first started taking this and almost 3 wks later is when these side effects have started.
And, my face seems to go down in size and redness, then out of the blue it starts again. It started on Thanksgiving, and then it started to go down the day before yesterday and then today 12/1 at a little past midnight this morning, it started getting red, and swollen again, as well as the sore/tingling feeling.

I am taking 37.5 mg. I didn't know if I should begin to cut the tablet in half or what I should do, I'm not sure if I am getting sick because my ears hurt too, but that didn't start until this did, so I am unsure if it is related. Please let me know! I need as much information as I can get!

Wow its like u know me and see what is going on with me. I am having this same trouble I am also on 37.5mg I am going into my 4th week but this started about a week ago. I do not know what it is but my face does like ur saying and my hands also swell up. I will ask my dr about it when I go back in next week.
