Has anyone heard of a side effect of hearing a pulse in your ear?

I feel a "heart beat" in my ears at times, I also starting getting headaches this week. The strangest side effect is the weird pain in my upper jaw, if I do alot of facial faces and stretching it seems to help. I have only been on for one week, and taking half of 37.5, I am suppose to start taking half in am and half in pm, this week, but I just can't stand the jaw pain anymore. I have seem some other threads and posts about this jaw pain, but nothing on how to stop it! Anyone??
