Whole body twitch anyone?

Hi everyone

I have been taking Phen for almost 3 months now and my husband says that my body jerks alot at night when Im alseep. He said its either my whole body, arms or legs. I have experienced those jerks when Im taking a nap and my whole body jerks and i wake myself up. This only happens when my body is at rest, it doesnt happen during the day time. Is this something normal? I also increased my exercise and went from regular cardio to boxing around the same time I started taking Phen, but I work out 5-6 days a week for 1.5 hours so I figured my body should be used to the intense workout and I shouldnt be jerking anymore, if boxing is what is causing me to jerk.

it's the excersize, not the phen. I always do this after a busy active day, as does my husband.

Since Lady Shazerz says it happens to her too after exercising I would go with that. However, if it keeps up I have heard of something like that being seizures.

I talked to my Dr. and she said to take half of the pill instead of the whole pill. I was off of phen for about 2 weeks because i was too busy to go to the Dr.'s but I started up on it again yesterday and my husband said that I jerked a whole lot last night, so Im thinking its the phen. But I also get the B12 shot, so my Dr. said to keep an eye on it, she also said that I might have alot of stimulants running through my body right now. I wasnt a coffee drinker to begin with, so my body is probably in shock.

strange. He didn't say anything about you jerking during the 2 weeks you were off of the phen?

My sister is a PA and I asked her the same thing, she said that jerking is caused by the phen. I know thats what it has to be because my husband never mentioned that i jerked any other time, it all started around the same time that I started taking the phen. Im curious as to why it only happens when I am at rest and not any other time. Im going to start taking half of the phen pill and see what happens. Im also wondering if this is something that will eventually go away after I stop taking the phen.
Let us know what your doc says, im curious to know.

Update:
I started taking half a tablet and I can totally feel the difference, when I was taking the full tablet I would get light headed or dizzy at times and I would be sooooo tired and sleepy, i just didnt feel like myself. Well my husband noticed that I dont twitch anymore at night and I dont get dizzy or light headed anymore. Im still able to control my cravings with half of the tablet, so I think I will stick with that and I feel way much better.
