Hunger around 7 - 8 pm? - Phentermine.com

On Wednesday, I started taking phen, & I usually take it around 8 - 9 am. Around 7 - 8 pm, I am so hungry!

I usually go to bed around 10 pm, so any advice from the experts on how to handle the hunger?

I'd say do what I do and take your Phen about an hour before your lunch... That way it last until about the time you go to bed

yeh, I've just started to take phen too ! and i usually take it in the morning about 8-830 when i get hungry i just drink water. but Princess S is also right you could always do that. For me, well i'm 17 and the doctor told me to take it in the morning because the phen makes me stay awake in the evening because my body's not used to it?
