Question
I experience hot/cold all day. I can be extremely hot & sweating like crazy & then 30 mins later be freezing esp my hands & feet. Also at night I can't seem to get warm. Is this crazy or does anyone else experience Temp changes so drastic?

I experience this. I believe it is a side effect. I have lived though this side effect, hopefully you will.

Been on for 3 days, but taken it in the past. I always seem to get hot & perspire more. I attributed it to having more energy & just moving around more. I've heard of the hot & cold though. It should go away after your body gets used to the phen.

I was definitely feeling overheated today. I even felt a little sickly because of it. Then I remembered that when I began phen 2 years ago I often felt overheated then. I think the feeling continues as long as the phen is working.

The temp changes from goose bumps to hot were so bad for me that I couldn't even sleep at night. I was constantly covering and uncovering. I cut my dose down to half a pill and I don't have ANY side effects now and I still lost 4lbs this week, and two of the days I didn't take it at all.

Temperature is regulated in same area of the brain as appetite/cravings. It's hard to be hungry and overheated. Cravings increase when chilly. Hot is good! Your metabolism is stimulated and burning fuel.
