Default What happens to our skin???
I'm not sure where to post this question but I'm hoping someone will be able to answer it here. I've noticed now that I'm losing weight, my skin is looking gross. Like there's too much of it and it's just sagging. Since my son's birth I've lost quite a bit but apparently never enough to make my skin just hang there. Will it EVER go back to normal and be tight again? I've heard it has to do with age and elasticity of the skin but I'm not sure. I'm 28 so I'm not sure if that's too old for everything to go back if that's the case. I've also heard that you have to lose ALL the excess fat in that area to make the skin go back, once again unsure about that too. PLEASE help if you know the answer to this. I don't want to look like this forever!!!!

Do you excerise?

If you loose a lot of weight and do not exercise excess skin usually happens. Im actually getting the same thing happen to me under my arms, where im not toneing them and concentrating on other parts of my body. Might be worth joining a gym or going for walks the less you excercise and the more you loose the more excess skin you get.

I have it under my arms as well. When I wave, my arms continue to wave back. I've lost about all my weight, 6 more to go. My arms have become my mothers! That happens to just about any weight loss program that doesn't have enough exercise in it.
