    Unhappy Nausea, nausea go away...

I have been on Phen for twelve days now and I am still struggling with nausea. There were a couple of days that I didn't feel sick and I thought it was over with but today has been really bad. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on what helps? Thanks.

Thats worse than the tatas thing! I have not had this..in fact the only thing for me was a few sleepless nights. I am not even thristy, which seems odd. Oh I have the lump in the throat thing too. I hope it passes for you!

    Hi sergeantsgirlfriend,
I noticed that the second week on phentermine I was drinking so much water that I was starting to have nausea. There is such a thing as too much water. It can be a very dangerous thing, diluting your electolytes (sodium and potassium) and can cause nausea and worse (cardiac arrhythmias). I was so dizzy I had to lie flat and when I lifted my head up everything was spinning. I ate 2 bananans and drank some cola for potassium and sliced up a cucumber and loaded it with salt to get some sodium back in my system. This eventually resolved and the nausea and dizziness subsided. Do you think you might be drinking too much water? Hope this resolves quickly and you continue on your amazing weight loss journey.

I have the weird LUMP thingy also. I feel like I need to throw up. This just started today and I have felt it all day long but I didn't take my pill this morning. I wanted to give my body a day without it. What will make this go away it's mucho annoying and I can't even make myself throw up. I feel like if I could I would feel beter.

I know I've heard that others have experienced nausea but not lately... I think that it's another side effect that will start to go away. You could always ask your doctor about it and see what they recommend. Hang in there!! I hope it goes away for all of you that have it!!

So its not just me. I did not feel the nausea until a couple of days ago and I have been on Phen for 10 days. And strange enough its not everyday, but I feel I do/eat the same thing (generally) every day. I go back to the doc on the 1st -- so I will have a little chat with him.

I have been extremely nauseated for the last couple days as well. I think mine might be one of a few things. For starters, I haven't poo'd in about a week, and you know how that will make you feel like crap. Another thing is that Ive been drinking alot of tea, and not so much water, and my tea has alot of sugar. The doc said not to drink my calories... but I have a hard time with that one. The last thing I think is maybe just being really hungry.

The only thing I have found that makes me feel better, is sitting/lying in a quiet place for a while, but as soon as you get up your sick again. Im going to go take some nausene here in a little bit. I think thats what its called... walgreens brand of whatever the heck it is. Hopefully that will help.

    Unhappy Ugh!!!!!

I have been back on phen now for 6 days after a 3 year hiatus and I don't remember my nausea ever being this bad. Today it's been the worse since I started. I noticed if I eat something or drink some water it will subside for a little while but then it comes right back. I know it will go away, I just dont know when. I too am looking for some suggestions because I cannot stand feeling this way. Ugh!!!

I was wondering if your tea is caffeinated or not, from what my doc told me I am to avoid caffeine completely as it can be dangerous to take the phen or phend and consume too much caff. I know that phen or not drinking tea on an empty stomach has always made me feel sick. Hope everyone feels better!

I know this thread is old but it looks like it's been resurrected once before. I'm so sick at my stomach I started Wellbutrin and Phen at the same time and I see that the Wellbutrin has nausea as a side effect. I'm gonna stop taking it for the weekend and see if it subsides, if it does I'll ask my doc for a lower dose.
