Unhappy Nausea, nausea go away...
I have been on Phen for twelve days now and I am still struggling with nausea. There were a couple of days that I didn't feel sick and I thought it was over with but today has been really bad. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on what helps? Thanks.

Hi sergeantsgirlfriend,
I noticed that the second week on phentermine I was drinking so much water that I was starting to have nausea. There is such a thing as too much water. It can be a very dangerous thing, diluting your electolytes (sodium and potassium) and can cause nausea and worse (cardiac arrhythmias). I was so dizzy I had to lie flat and when I lifted my head up everything was spinning. I ate 2 bananans and drank some cola for potassium and sliced up a cucumber and loaded it with salt to get some sodium back in my system. This eventually resolved and the nausea and dizziness subsided. Do you think you might be drinking too much water? Hope this resolves quickly and you continue on your amazing weight loss journey.

I have the weird LUMP thingy also. I feel like I need to throw up. This just started today and I have felt it all day long but I didn't take my pill this morning. I wanted to give my body a day without it. What will make this go away it's mucho annoying and I can't even make myself throw up. I feel like if I could I would feel beter.

I know I've heard that others have experienced nausea but not lately... I think that it's another side effect that will start to go away. You could always ask your doctor about it and see what they recommend. Hang in there!! I hope it goes away for all of you that have it!!

So its not just me. I did not feel the nausea until a couple of days ago and I have been on Phen for 10 days. And strange enough its not everyday, but I feel I do/eat the same thing (generally) every day. I go back to the doc on the 1st -- so I will have a little chat with him.
