1 week on Phen - Side effects questions - Phentermine.com

I started Phen on Sept. 20th. My throat feels "furry", my heart beats a million beats a minute, I'm constipated, I've totally lost my appitite, I feel like I

'm "Buzzed", I'm talking like a million words per second (& driving people at work nuts) and I'm thirsty to no end... But I have lost 8 lbs. (good part) Is this all a part of it?? I can live with it all except the constipation part... Please advise. Thanks.

If it doesn't get better after the second week I would consider cutting my dose down.

Hey Betslil, Im a newbie too Ive been takin phen since the 11th and you started on the 20th and have lost 8 lbs thats great ....the buzz feel is normal I was really hiper and jittery also and always thirsy real dry throat, my friend I work with has also been on it longer than me (by the way she looks great) she had same side effects they will pass once your body adjusts, may take couple of weeks, now the constipation thing Im havin the same problem, Im trying to eat more bran,I drink lots and lots of water, you might try a laxative, ...maybe even green tea...the green tea you might check first ...I dont know if thats a no no when phentermine anyone know????

Vnlaski, good to know that I'm not the only one having these particular side effects. yeah, the hyperness is awsome. I can't find enough stuff to do at home or work. I've organized everyones files at work, I've watered and re-planted everyones plants and all this during my breaks and lunchtimes. I'm about to help out the painters, but I think it's against union rules.. HaHa. Re: constipation, (ugh, even the word is yucky) I've thought about green tea, but I'm afraid of how I'm going to react to it. I have a Dr's appt tomorrow for my official weigh-in and I'll bring it up to him. I'll let you know what he recommends. Once again thanks for the response. Hope to continue communicating with you.

yea ...let me know what he say , I go to the doctor arond the 10th and weigh in... I know I lost 8lbs however my little friend came and I gained 2lbs in 1 day(errr) hopefully when it leaves so does the pounds, yea the one thing Im worried about with the green tea is the time I will spend in the bathroom ...haha....and trying to work wont make that easy I take enough bathroom breaks just from all the water I drink (smiletha burst of energy ..is goen for me...it seems like im always tierd, my daughter is two she sleeps threw the night however im the one that wakes up so that could be the reason for that ....but let me know what ya find out and good luck to ya girl !!!!
