Default Anyone have this problem:
I have been having really bad leg (calf) cramps in the middle of the night this past week which I did not have before. Do you think this could be coming from taking Phen? Just curious. Any suggestions on how to stop it?

I don't know if this is related to phen or not, but you could try doing some streches. If you have recently started walking, or working out, this is likely the cause. You can also try massaging some rubbing alcohol into your calves. Hope this helps and you feel better.

It may be becuase I have heard of that before. They cause may be because you lost 15lbs quickly so you may need some calcium.

Congratulations on the 15 pound lost. I lost15 pounds in a week and was siked. You gotta try puttin diary in for that extra boost of calcium. Weight watchers have yogurt that is only 70 calories and they are pretty alrightasting. But I think it'll be fine. I haven't had any problems and like I said I lost 15 pounds in a week. How do you feel since youlost so much so quick?

Default ME TOO
I had cramps in my arms and the middle of my thighs also. I thought it was from my vigerous workout and the lack of stretching good before working out, but maybe it is the Phen!

hi!

usually leg cramps are caused by low potassium. try eating a banana or two and they should go away! Works for me!

Default patasium
if you not getting enough patasium you will have cramps. Try eating a banana once a day and make sure you stretch before and after working out

If your potassium levels are too low, your doctor may tell you to get more potassium in your diet. Here is a list of foods rich in potassium:

raisins
prunes
apricots
dates
strawberries
bananas
watermelon
cantaloupe
citrus fruits
beets
greens
spinach
tomatoes
mushrooms
soy products
veggie burgers
peas
beans
turkey
fish
beef
salmon
cod
