I'm in my 2nd month on Phen and I have to say that I definitely lost the increased energy by the third day. I see other people posting this, but at the same time I must say that I feel zoned out for most of the day. I have felt like I can't focus and pretty tired through the day and when bed time comes sometimes I can't fall asleep despite the fatigue I felt all day. Could this be from exercising at night? (Morning is not an option though b/c I work at 7AM) Otherwise I'm really happy on Phen, and I'd like to stick with it until I reach my goal. Anyone else feel like this?
