Question Low Energy?
I see that most people on this site say they have hightened energy levels after taking Phen.. has anyone experienced the opposite effect? I feel drained and run down All the time, I don't understand.. why am I not experiencing this great rush of energy everyone is talking about?

Some people don't get the energy rush. It is a side effect of phen, so if you don't get it, that doesn't mean it's not working.
Make sure you are eating enough nutritious food and drinking plenty of water. You could be tired due to dehydration and/or lack of eating.

I have never experienced that surge of energy either. I usually workout 4-5 times a week, but the first 2 weeks I was so exhausted that I didn't do any type of exercise. I now take a multivitamin & I think its helped some.

I never got the energy. I've heard other people say increasing protein helps. I seem to feel better and crave less crap if I eat more protein.

The first time I took it, I figured out that I was eating absolutely nothing through out the day and just had no calories in my system, and once I started eating healthy controlled meals, my energy was up.

I eat well, and I am tired everyday. Not sure if it is the phen or my 4 rugrats.

I hear ya. Not only do I not have energy, but I feel like I am in my own little world. I feel weird and I don't like it
However, I like the weight loss. Not sure if I will stay on it yet. I have 2 kids to care for and no energy with 2 kids is NOT a good thing.

This is what worked for me...I started taking prenatal vitimins, biotin, and extra vitamin B. Because I stopped eating as much as I used to, my body was having a hard time keeping up. Another thing that happens to me every time I start taking it again is a little weird feeling...not horrible...just weird. Then when I have my period, I get super weird if I'm not careful and making sure that I eat/take vitamins/etc.
Good luck...
