Im just venting

So I have to go to the eye doctor today (enter my big sigh here) I haven't gone since I was a kid!!! LOL

But lately the vision in my left eye has been slowly going (if this makes sense)... I noticed it weeks ago, but I guess I blamed it on seasonal allergies... however now I've noticed that far away, I cant see. Its just too blurry (and this was never a problem before).. Up close I'm fine.. but if its far - my left eye just blurrs out.

So yea. I'm concerned - hoping theres an answer for this and that I'm not as crazy as I feel I am right now! If I can come back with an answer - I'll be fine.

But if they can't tell me why this is happening.. I think I will seriously just lose it!

Thanks for letting me vent ;o)

And LOL it turns out that I was so near sighted in my left eye, that I didn't even realize my right eye was bad. So I got glasses, which eh. I'm just SO thankful I got answers and I wasn't crazy. They think its due to my pregnancy with my son (the sudden vision loss) as I had gestational diabetes with him and it took forever to get it under control. So the theory is that over that time span, the diabetes did some damage to my eyes.

But! I got glasses, I can see, and all is well. LOL I was just so worried that at 25 my vision would just suddenly go like that!

Super!

Oddly, when I was pregnant, my vision improved I no longer needed glasses. 3 years later, I'm now wearing glasses again.

Glad it was "just" glasses. I think of them as an accessory! lol
