Cool
Is anyone worried about addiction to phen? I am so motivated and full of energy (day 4) I am working out every day, something I never used to do and eating well etc. But because this is listed as a "short term" weight loss drug for obesity, I am scared that I will always need to it to stay energized/motivated etc.
My friend says coming off "diet drugs" is the hardest part, anyone ever come off before and had problems?
I am also worried about building a tolerance. I started with 30 mg and it seems to be doing well, how long until a tolerance is noticed???

Many thank in advance.

I'm on Adipex 37.5. I've been on it for a month and a day. I noticed a slight "tolerance" last week, so I took a day off. That seemed to do the trick. For me, it wasn't the appetite suppression that wasn't working, but I felt a lack of energy. I skipped one day and when I took it the next day...voila...all the energy was back!! I still feel great this week as well so...that one day off now and then seems to be a good idea for me.

And you're right...Phen is supposed to be a short-term "get started on the right foot" drug. My doctor prefers to prescribe only for 3 months but will sometimes prescribe for 6 month. Never more. I think the most important thing to do while taking Phen is to learn to change your habits so that you can live without it. The day I was off I had absolutely no problem controlling what I ate. It amazed me!! It used to be that I'd eat anything in sight!! But I've really worked hard over this last month to learn new eating habits and portion control. I'm hopeful that as I continue to lose weight, that will be my motivation and that will give me additional energy.

Good luck!
