Hi Pauline:
How much total do you want to lose? Usually, the closer you are to your goal weight (within 40 pounds or so) the slower the weight comes off.
I mean, look at it this way, you've lost a pound a week. People 'round these parts will probably tell you that a pound or two a week is good, and that it will come back slower, or not at all, if you lose it slower.

It's an off-label type treatment. I've got my own system. It's been working fine for almost 7 years. Please go to bed before I give up all hope on you being NOT A FREAKEN NUT!
GO TO BED!

What happens to you guys when you stop taking it? I know, totally off the subject of numbness but I'm fat, I cross my legs and my feet fall asleep. Just how it is...
So anyway, I don't want to be on something forever, I just need help knocking down the brick wall that is stopping me from dropping the pounds..
