Question
I seem to be reading a lot of people saying that they are having great success but they drink a lot of water too. I am not a water drinker and was wondering if thats why I am not losing the LBS as I should be. I eat less, not as hungry and less often but It has been 6 months and about 12-15 lbs. Any help out there??? Thanks

When my doctor prescribed phentermine to me in March, I was also taken off of soda and juices. Believe me, it is very hard, this coming from a person who used to drink at least 4 colas a day! I was told that sodas, even diet drinks, make you hungry. So instead of a soda when you get thirsty, drink water instead. I have been on them for a little less than two months and have lost about 18 pounds. It is not the rapid weight loss i expected, but i have dropped a dress size. So keep going, you're doing great, you dont have much of an appetite, just eliminate some of the sodas.You can do it!
