Hey KKMartin,
I dunno what I did!

I don't typically lose weight quickly. Right now I am taking nutrition at school and they give you a computer program with the book. I have been ranging between 1200-1600 calories a day. I haven't been keeping track. People in my class think something is up because I eat every class....like a nutrigrain bar, fat-free jello chocolate pudding (YUM!), low-fat yogurt, pretzels. Small stuff. Out of my wight classes a day, I eat probably in 4 of them. The only candy I have wanted is swedish fish, jelly beans, or twizzlers, I keep those around the house and now my 2 year old is jelly-bean addicted.

I think the water is the big kicker. I drink like 5 liters a day as I sit in class. (It took a while to work up to that) and I don't drink diet soda anymore for various reasons including money (We were spending $10 per week in soda! I could of had cable!)
As I approach my final month on it...I am telling myself that it doesn't work and I am doing this on my own. I know that is not wholly true, because when I don't eat I get jittery. I am hoping that by eating the same type of foods, I will follow that pattern. I have stayed the same for the last 3 weeks which is frustrating...but my Mom says, which is true that it will come off if you persist. I pulled out my tracker that I have been keeping and I see a pattern. Ill go no loss, no loss and then BAM! 5 lbs.
Has any of this helped? How do you like Adipex? Is it different than Phentermine?
I read on one of these chats that you can stay on Phentermine forever. I would think that would be equivalent to working on Wall Street full time, not good. Good luck, KK!
