Has anyone experience this problem like me, can't stop eating, I feel hungry all the time. I was taking a 30mg dose but I feel the pain from my chest to the back so I decreased my dosage by taking half of the 37.5mg. The pain was gone but then my appetite increased, I don't know how many times I eat in one day and don't even want to think about what I ate. I am just hungry, any suggestions or help? Thanks.

hi. I don't have the phen advice because I JUST started, but have always had a weight problem. I would start by putting ONLY those things around you you don't mind eating a lot of and try to cut back on what you want each time you reach for it. Easier said than done, I know and totally boring, but my new philosophy is...if I had only started 3 weeks ago....and I think back to what I was doing and it seems like yesterday. GOOD LUCK!
