Today I got up feeling confussed...Like I just couldnt remember what I was doing from one minute to the other or I would lose my track of thought if I was in a conversation...Has anyone else felt this way? Ive been taking Adipex-P for 5 days & felt fine up to day.

yeah I have noticed, i was on topamax also and it was really bad, but I thought it was due to stress.
