I have a month left on Phen and I find myself needing more and more alcohol or Lunesta to calm me down to get ready for bed. I have a feeling I need to be exercising. I havent exercised on Phen at all and I've lost 25 pounds in 4 months. I smoke too. I realize I am at a risk at a lot of things here. Ideally I'd like to wean off Phen, then smoking, and then concurrently get back into running and weightlifting. I know thats the best course of action, but when it comes to relaxing at night, nothing sounds as good as relaxing with a glass (or three) of wine and a cigarette. Anyone with me?
