    I have been on phenentermine for about 3weeks now and I have only dropped like 2-3 pounds. At first I was not hungry, the second week I was always hungry around 5-7p and now Im tring to get myself to get on track and a good schedule. Is there a good time to take it hour or so before you eat or just when you are eating? I have stopped drinking caffine, last week I had a little too much so that might of been my problem. I am also on 2 antidepressents so Im not sure if there going against eachother. I have been getting really In one of those moods like I am off my meds and I dont like that feeling..Now that I have blabbed on.Is there anyone that has any input that can help me??

    I would take my pill first thing in the morning about 6am, I do get alittle hungry around lunch time, just eat alittle something, hard boiled egg, or maybe a slice of turkey and a slice of cheese...

    Hello Brooke!

    Does your primary care provider know you are on both Phentermine and antidepressants? There can be drug interactions between antidepressants and Phentermine so dosages may have to be adjusted. He/she needs to know you are not feeling the effects of your antidepressant. This is very important. Give them a call today!

    I have an appt on Fri with my Dr. So I hope I find something out. Today my pulse was 110 and my BP was 143/79 I was very shaky and felt like my heart was racing... My schedule is odd I am up at 430 and on the road by 530a but im just not losing any weight just staying the same im going to go nutz

    i split my dose, I am up at 0630 and eat oats around 0830 and then take half around 0900am and then a pc of fruit around 1030 and then lunch 1230pm and take other half around 1:30 OR 2pm.

    I have been at a stand still for 2 weeks now????? I am eating a very health strict diet and going to the gym 3 to 4 timesa week for 11/2 hours. I rarely take a break and just relax so I am very active so I don't understand why I cannot lose? I started drink a creatine drink 2 days ago. It is suppose to help burn fat & increase muscle and help you with energy. Does anyone else evcer drink it (six star creatine advanced creatine)? Pleaseeee anyone out there who has been doing all they can and not loosing and found a solution please give me some advice?

    everybody is diffrent u just have to take the pill in diffrent ways that u think it might work..i eat breakfast at 8 take phentermine 30 mg at 9 am i dont like water so i drink crystal light on 5 calaries..i drink lots of that also i dont feel like with cravings or anything like that.at 3 or 4 pm i take phendimetrazine 35 mg i dont exersize the way i probably should but ive lots 10.5 lbs in 3 weeks. also i get b-12 shots evry week...so talk to ure dr..good luck

    I JUST STARTED TAKING PHENTERMINE 3 DAYS AGO. I STARTED MY DIET ON JUNE 11 AND I HAVE LOST 11 POUNDS. I AM STICKING TO A 1000 CALORIE A DAY OR LESS DIET. I AM HOPING THAT THE PHEN HELPS WITH THE FOOD CRAVINGS. I CUT ALL SODA OUT AND TEA. I DRINK ALOT OF WATER AND CRYSTAL LIGHT. I EAT FRUITES AND SALADS. I CUT MEAT OUT AND I DO GET MY FIBER INTAKE. ANY SUGGEATIONS. I STARTED AT 186 AND NOW I AM 174.

    i've been on it for about 3 1/2 weeks and i've only lost about 8 lbs. and everyone else i know is dropping like 12, 15, 20...lbs in that amount of time. i had surgery 3 weeks before i started the phen...so i've been unable to do too much strenuous exercise. i've been walking about 5 days a week for 30 mins-1 hour and i've recently started lifting weights again...and doing crunches.
    at first i wasn't hungry much...but now i'm getting little hunger pains a little after i eat a big filling meal.
    does anyone have any advice?

    your problem... your weight loss is perfect. It all depends on our bodies, how much we have to lose, the fat content of our body, etc. We all lose at a different rate.. Your pic shows you don't have too much to lose (my opinion, hehe)... so it's possible you are losing a little slower than someone who has about 100lbs to lose.

    As long as you are losing slow and steady you are still losing and doing the right thing...

    i was thinking that today...because i know a lot of people on here, god bless them, have 100+ to lose...and i've got about 50 to lose. and i was thinking that since i don't have as much to lose, it'll come off slower.
